Witness; Father Benedikt Wein, prosecution witness against the defendant Engert in the trial against former Nazi judges and puplic [sic.] prosecutors. He has been Catholic chaplain at Amberg Penitentiary since 1931. He testified to a screening of the prison inmates done by Engert and a commission from Berlin as a result of which all but 8 to 10 of the inmates were transferred from the jail to concentration camps.
