OMT-III-D-37 Herbert Klemm, defendant in the "Justice Case", takes the stand in own defense. Klemm was State Secretary of the Reich Ministry of Justice, Director of the Legal Education and Training Division in the Ministry of Justice; Deputy Director of the National Socialist Lawyers League. He was sentenced to life imprisonment.
