Witness: Irene Seiler, second prosecution to appear in the case against the former Nazi judges and public prosecutors. She was born 26 October 1904 in Guben and is still residing there. A victim of a Special Court trial, she was sentenced to two years penal servitude over which defendant Rothaug presided, on grounds of perjury in ill-famed Katzenberger case. -- Photo 26 March 47.
