OMT-III-D-44 HERMANN CUHORST defendant in the Justice Case, took the stand in his own defense the week of August 25, 1947. Cuhorst, former presiding judge of Stuttgart Special Court, testified that 20 percent of all cases tried before his court were concerned with politcal offenses. He added that his court tried about three thousand defendants between 1942 and 1944. Shown with Cuhorst is his defense attorney.
